I am a psychotherapist who supports individuals who long to reconnect with themselves, soften old survival patterns, and cultivate a more balanced, purposeful life beyond survival.
You may care for others at the expense of your own well-being, feel guilty saying no, identify as an adult child of emotionally immature parents, or feel disconnected from your body and emotions. My practice offers a space for you to slow down and come home to yourself.
Drawing from Somatic Experiencing, neuroscience, attachment and existential theory, and psychodynamic practice, my work is trauma-informed, relational, and anchored in embodied-mindfulness. I support clients in navigating chronic stress and anxiety, depression, life transitions, and complex trauma. I offer affirming therapy for BIPOC, queer, and neurodivergent individuals while welcoming clients of all identities.
Our work together will grounded in safety, trust, curiosity, and courage; creating space to gently move out of survival mode and toward a deeper sense of aliveness and connection with yourself - at your own pace.
