mY APPROACH
Healing happens in connection, not isolation.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a compassionate approach to my work. I am interested in offering a safe, nonjudgemental, collaborative space for you to finally show up exactly as you are. My approach is holistic, drawing from embodied-mindfulness, existential, and psychodynamic practices, to support healing across the body, mind, and spirit.
In our work together, we'll gently explore the underlying experiences and patterns that shape how experience yourself, others, and move through the world. We'll also highlight your innate strengths, resilience, and sense of aliveness.
Together, we can deepen your understanding of yourself, build your capacity to stay present with difficult emotions, and respond with greater awareness and choice. Through this process, you may find yourself navigating life's inherent ups and downs with a strong sense of meaning, alignment, and confidence.
